Periphery Australian Tour Kicks Off Next Week

Progressive metal masters Periphery will kick off their long-awaited Australian tour next week with a show in Brisbane on 2nd February (see complete details below). The tour will feature the band’s latest album ‘Periphery III: Select Difficulty’.

Representing the vanguard of addictive, chaotic, challenging and cathartically inviting heavy music for the modern era, Periphery’s triple-guitar attack and rhythmic dexterity has won them a dedicated fan base that encompasses subcultures ranging from the Vans Warped kid and the metalhead to the most dedicated Rush purist.

Periphery have earned their highly respected reputation onstage and off through a combination of undeniable chops, upbeat charisma and jaw dropping live show. Dedicating themselves to reaching levels of artistry, musicianship and craftmanship so high as to transcend from being the most important band of the djent subgenre to being one of the most important metal bands period.

Circles & Polaris have been announced as support acts for all shows except Perth, while in Perth Chaos Divine & Make Way For Man will open the evening.

Perth’s enigmatic prog metal five-piece Chaos Divine have well and truly immersed themselves in a realm of sound and style matched by few, and admired by many.
